Re: FCC R&O action on docket 04-140 (the "omnibus" amateur radio action)


The following list includes all questions that must be removed from the current question pools as a result of the recently released FCC Report and Order (R&O) on docket 04-140. All of these questions must be removed from the applicable pool(s) no later than 15 December, 2006.
Note that even after the deletions, sufficient questions will remain in the applicable pools to meet the mandated "10 times" rule. Therefore no new questions are being added to the existing pools.
